Logix Secure Mail
 

Secure Mail is for companies who do not wish to maintain their own mail server instead would like to have all the features as offered by Self Owned Server. This hosted mail service has both security and mail management features built in it.

 
User Features
 
  POP & IMAP Support
 
User can use Outlook Express, MS Outlook, Netscape or Any other mail client to download mails from the server

Every mail Box can be configured as either POP or IMAP

Detailed Documentation on how to configure is made available for user to configure his / her mail box.
 
  Evolved Web mail
 
Every POP account can be viewed from anywhere in the world using Logix Web mail, functionality and look wise is very close to MS Outlook
 
Features of Sending Mail
 
User Can compose message with powerful HTML email-compose function. This allows you to add spice & depth to your outgoing emails by using HTML tags to change the mail's font, color, size and message formatting
 
Attachment Size: Max mail size of up to 25 MB is allowed
 
Signature: When sending your email message, you can define a signature to be attached to the bottom of the email message
 
Calendar: Here you can organize your work, add Tasks and Appointments to specific times and dates.
 
Shared Calendar: The Shared Calendar allows you to assign specific users tasks, and set up appointments which are visible to a particular group you define. Information here will guide you in using the Shared Calendar.
 
Video Mail
 
This unique feature allows you compose and send a video mail, Webcam, Microphone & Good Internet connection is a must for using this feature.
 
Multi POP Account
 
Via the Account Panel you can create additional Email accounts. Allowing you to read Email for multiple accounts, all via the one interface. Use the utility to read your existing POP3 account from any number of external hosts.
 
Large File Attachment Feature
 

This feature is incorporated to overcome the limitation of Mail Size restriction, User can Upload file sizes up to 500 MB. The file is encrypted and stored in database; a link is generated for users to send that link to recipients

Spam Release
 
A Falsely Identified mail can be released by the user all by him without involving the administrator, by accessing the URL mentioned in the mail.

A web-based Intuitive interface for mail domain through which administrator can perform a wide range of tasks for managing the email domain

 
  Dash Board
 

A bird’s eye view of Domain, Graphically depicting the break up in percentage and number of mails received by the domain. Administrator can change password and view Domain MX /DNS Details & Billing Details

 
User Creation and Properties
 

Pop Users can be added to your domain, each POP account will have the following attributes which can be controlled by the administrator.

Group Mail
 

Administrator can create groups, so that user can post mail to the members of the group, each group will be moderated by the group owner. When a mail is sent to the group the moderator receives a mail for authorization, if the mail is authorized the original mail is released to the group

 
File Transfer Protocol
 

FTP boxes can be allocated to user for them to do file transfers using FTP client software’s. The creation and deletion can be done through this Tab.

 
White / Black List
 

Administrator can maintain a list of White listed domains or email ids, mails from these domains will be delivered to the user Vice a Versa, Mails from Black listed Email id’s or Domains will not delivered to the user instead they will be quarantined

 
Extensive Reporting
 

General Reports consists of No of mails transacted the users of the domain, Top senders, Top Recipients etc. Also available are Virus Mail Statistics & Spam Reports on monthly, weekly, daily basis.

 
Mail Trail
 

Header of Every mail that is transacted through the server is stored in database for a period of 30 Days, can be searched on demand both in the online and offline modes. This helps the administrator to track any mail and report the status.

 
View Spam
 

Mails that are stamped as spam or unsafe are quarantined; Administrator can view the entire spam quarantine and release any specific mail is found to be of some importance.

 
View Archive
 
Customer who opt for mail Archiving, Administrator can Query and View Archive

Archive can be queried on various header parameters and mails which match the query parameters will be displayed.

If the Mails are Outbound from the domain then Mail Released from the Archive will go to the sender If the mails are Inbound to the domain then Mail released from the archive will go to the recipient Mails can also be redirected to any other user in your domain

Once you sign-up as a customer for Logix Secure Relay, We give access to Helpdesk where you can report any issues or post queries.

Helpdesk support is available between 9:00 AM IST to 21:00 IST Monday to Friday & 9:00 A.M to 17:00 IST on Saturday
